FALLON, NV    APRIL 21, 2010: Octane Fest has events that you can pull your prize possession truck out of the garage, or out of the weeds, and bring out to play.  The super truckfest allows you to clean it all up for the 2nd Annual Mad Metal Truck Show & Shine, then tear it up at the Mud Drags and finish off the weekend putting some rubber on the asphalt Sunday at the Top Gun Speedway at the Diesel Drags. The weekend will also be packed with SuperLite Trucks, Rock Crawling, Monster Ride trucks, TUFF-CUP Pro Arena Rock Racing, Tuff-Cross (Arena Enduro Racing), Motocross, Tuff-Truck, Top Gun Raceway Lucas Oils NHRA Drag Racing, Rattlesnake Raceway Dirt Track IMCA Modified races and the Hurricams Car Show and Shine.

The 2nd Annual Mad Metal Truck Show-n-Shine will be held on Saturday at the Fallon Fairgrounds.  There are six classes that range from 2WD stock to huge 4WD modified monster trucks and is even open to a commercial class.  Pull out the Armor All, hit the tires with a quick sprits and come show your prize Truck in the grassy area right by the main arena.

Sunday, take your performance Diesel truck to Fallon’s Top Gun Raceway and lay some tread on the asphalt competing in a new event for this year.  Diesel trucks will go head to head racing against each other with the light tree and the advanced timing system announcing the winner.

The racing action is just a start to the weekend.  There will be a vendor show, a show and shine and a motorsports swap meet.  This is an event that you can bring the whole family out to enjoy.  To top the evenings off, join Pirate4x4 in the Saloon for a cold Coors Light and an after party with music you can dance to.
